Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a respected, independent healthcare system in West Texas with the recruitment of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This employed position offers outstanding earning potential, an exceptional Monday-Friday schedule, and a lifestyle-focused practice with no call, weekends, or holidays.
Practice & Opportunity Highlights
Employed CRNA position with a physician-friendly health system
Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
No call, weekends, or holidays
Late-hour coverage after 4:00 PM compensated at $200/hour
General anesthesia cases with no pediatric or cardiac cases
6-8 weeks of paid time off
Supportive team with a 98% physician retention rate
Qualifications, Compensation & Benefits
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Minimum base salary of $330,000 with anticipated total compensation exceeding $416,000
Sign-on bonus
$5,000 relocation allowance
$2,500 annual CME allowance
401(k) retirement and deferred compensation plans
