Option 1: Chief CRNA
$460,000 Annual Compensation + Post-Call Day Off
Lead the anesthesia practice as the
Chief CRNA , overseeing an all-CRNA team while benefiting from a schedule that prioritizes balance.

3 weeks on / 1 week off
