Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opening in Spearfish, SD Full-Time CRNA Hospital-Based 40 HoursA hospital in Spearfish, South Dakota is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia and analgesia services for surgical and obstetrical patients.Opportunity Highlights:Full-time CRNA opportunity
Hospital-based anesthesia role
Provide safe, efficient, and effective anesthesia and analgesia services
Support surgical and obstetrical patients
Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, anesthesia care planning, informed consent, intraoperative monitoring, and perioperative anesthesia management
Respond to anesthesia needs inside and outside surgical areas
Serve as a resource for neonatal and adult resuscitation/code situations
Provide epidural analgesia for labor and delivery
Support post-operative pain management, acute and chronic pain management, and IV catheter placement as needed
Collaborative environment with nursing peers and other healthcare professionals
Regular full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours
Assigned schedules and hours determined by department needs

Candidate Requirements:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
South Dakota RN license required
South Dakota CRNA certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
1+ year of related experience preferred
Master's degree in a health-related field preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care skills
