Job description
Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Role & Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care primarily for cesarean cases, working within a care team or independently as determined. Manage patient care in accordance with facility protocols, utilizing the Epic Electronic Medical Records system. Responsible for delivering safe, effective anesthesia services and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid licensure or willingness to license in the state, with credentialing typically taking 30-60 days. Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to different care team ratios are essential.
Key Duties
Deliver anesthesia care during scheduled shifts, primarily Monday-Friday, with 8 or 10-hour shifts.
Handle cesarean procedures and maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
