CRNA Opportunity Location: Tarboro, NC - Raleigh 70mEmployment Type: Full-Time, permanent positionSetting: Hospital-Employed Position OverviewJoin an established anesthesia team providing both inpatient and outpatient care in a collaborative environment. This role offers a mix of team-based and independent practice , along with a highly desirable schedule providing significant time off. Position Highlights 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule (13 weeks off annually) Monday-Friday schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mix of team-based and independent anesthesia practice Opportunity for moonlighting to increase earnings EPIC EMR system Practice Environment Established anesthesia program with: 3 Anesthesiologists 6 CRNAs Approx. 230 surgical cases per month Inpatient and outpatient clinical settings Hospital-employed within a growing regional health system Clinical Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for: General surgery Orthopedic surgery OB/GYN Participate in shared call: 1 weekday per week 1 weekend per month CRNAs serve as primary call for routine epidurals Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across patient populations Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaried compensation (recently updated) Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Designated sick time Additional earning potential through moonlighting Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current certification or eligibility to sit for CRNA boards Eligible for North Carolina licensure Community Highlights Located near: Greenville Raleigh Easy access to North Carolina beaches Affordable cost of living with small-town charm Option to live in a larger nearby city while working locally Ideal Candidate Comfortable working in both independent and team-based settings Seeking strong work-life balance with extended time off Interested in a broad case mix including OB Team-oriented with commitment to high-quality patient care
