CRNA opening in Texarkana, TXLocated in Texarkana, TX - Shreveport, LA 75m; Tyler, TX 110m; Dallas, TX 180mFull-time; Employed W-2Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists Overview: Seeking a full-time CRNA New graduates welcome with mentorship available Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, pediatrics, electrophysiology, GI, and optional OB for those proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia No hearts or transplant cases Level III trauma center Collaborative anesthesia team consisting of CRNAs and anesthesiologists Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts Additional 16- and 24-hour shifts available after orientation Guaranteed 40 hours of pay weekly Premium pay opportunities available during weekdays and weekends Modern equipment including Digital Mindray anesthesia machines, syringe pumps, GlideScopes, and Epic EMR Strong mentorship and supportive leadership Comp/Benefits: Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional earnings Premium pay of $200/hour for hours worked over 40 per week Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials Holiday pay at 1.5x regular rate Sign-on bonus up to $75,(b) retirement plan with employer match Front-loaded paid time off Additional 40 hours of CME time annually $2,500 annual CME allowance Malpractice coverage Medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits Optional home, auto, and pet insurance programs Group/Facility Info: Hospital-employed W-2 position Level III trauma center Collaborative anesthesia department with experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists Long-tenured CRNA leadership providing mentorship and support Modern anesthesia technology and integrated Epic EMR Faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization with an international presence About the Area:Texarkana offers affordable living with easy access to larger metro areas while maintaining a relaxed East Texas lifestyle.
