CRNA Opening in TX Located in Texarkana, TX Position Highlights:
Full-time, W-2 CRNA opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center
Collaborative Anesthesia Department with CRNAs and Anesthesiologists
Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, pediatrics, EP, and GI
Optional OB coverage for CRNAs proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia
No heart or transplant cases
Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
Additional 16- and 24-hour shifts available once comfortable within the system
Opportunities for premium-pay shifts during the week and on weekends
Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week
Modern anesthesia equipment and Epic electronic charting
Mentorship available for new graduates
Strong emphasis on work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation with additional earning opportunities
$200/hour premium pay for hours worked over 40 per week
Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials
Holiday shifts paid at 1.5x rate
Sign-on incentive up to $75,000

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain Texas licensure
