This general anesthesia opportunity offers an all-CRNA practice model, a diverse surgical case mix, and the chance to provide high-quality patient care.
Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,920-$8,350Start Date: 8/31/2026Schedule: 5 shifts per weekShift Duration: 8-hour day shiftsHours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMCall Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekendCall Response Time: 20 minutesAssignment Length: 52 weeksCredentialing Timeframe: 90-120 daysPractice Model: Independent all-CRNA anesthesia practiceClinical Environment: 3 operating rooms using Cerner EMRCoverage Dates Needed: Aug 31-Sept 4, Oct 12-16, Oct 26-30, Nov 23-27, Dec 21-25 CRNA Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience requiredCurrent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist certificationCME & OR DEAAHA-issued certifications requiredDemonstrated experience with spinals, blocks, and epiduralsCase logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocksStrong clinical judgment in an all-CRNA anesthesia setting CRNA Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, pain management, OB/GYN, ENT, and endoscopyPerform regional anesthesia techniques, including spinals, blocks, and epiduralsParticipate in scheduled call coverage and respond within required response times Apply now to take the next step in your CRNA career in Tillamook, Oregon, in the 97141 area known for its small-town charm and easy access to local shops, dining, and outdoor recreation.
