Setting: Orthopedic ambulatory surgery center setting
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
Charting: Paper charting (no EMR noted)
Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA coverage with a focus on orthopedics and joint replacementRegional anesthesia and block proficiency required (site lists multiple block types)Spinals and epidurals proficiency requiredWork within a team model with CRNAs in rooms and an anesthesiologist available on site (as noted)
Clinical Scope
General orthopedic cases and joint replacements
Required Qualifications
Active Michigan licenseACLS, BLS, and PALS through AHA as required by the siteCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
