Job description
CRNA - 3 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off - Olney, Illinois
Seeking CRNA for full-time and PRN opportunities
3-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule
One required weekend call, Friday through Sunday
Current team consists of 1 physician and 3 CRNAs
1:3 call for 24-hour OB coverage
Additional call pay available
Primary work location is a 25-bed Critical Access facility
Facility serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties and more than 109,000 individuals
More than 1,400 surgical visits in 2021
Comprehensive surgical services include General Surgery, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Urological, and Podiatric cases
Comprehensive benefits package and premium compensation structure
Candidate Requirements
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
Current Illinois CRNA license
Ability to provide 24-hour OB call coverage
Comfortable practicing in a Critical Access facility setting
Interest in a broad surgical case mix
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, CRNAs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Compensation range of $311,700 to $337,646
