CRNA Indiana

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call response time 30 minutes; site notes one weekday call per week and additional late room coverage as scheduled
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted)
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix with heavy OB notedProficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals requiredCase logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope
General surgeryOrthopedics with spine heavy case mix notedUrologyOphthalmologyOB and GYNENTPodiatryDental and pediatric dental (limited, as noted)
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana licenseRequired certifications as specified by the siteCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Additional Notes
Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions may be accepted (as noted)
Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
