Your Qualifications
Ideal candidate is an SSM Health employee
4+ years of experience as a practicing CRNA is required
Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
Active Wisconsin RN and APNP/CRNA Licensure or ability to obtain
ACLS (through American Heart Association), BLS and PALS
SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital, which provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to Waupun and surrounding rural areas. The hospital was dedicated in 1951 as a tribute to veterans in both world wars and to serve the needs of the city of Waupun and its neighboring communities. SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital features a state-of-the-art surgery area and a two-story provider clinic, consolidating all its provider services into one facility with a direct connection to the larger resources of the hospital. For 2025, Becker's named SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital to the Top Recommended Hospitals list. The Chartis Center for Rural Health has also named SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital as one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the country for 2026.
