Anticipated Start Date: Mid-December 2026 to Early January 2027
Coverage Need: 2 CRNAs
EMR: Epic
Compensation:
Hourly $200/hr
Holiday $300/hr
Schedule
Monday-Friday
36-40 Hours Per Week
8-, 10-, or 12-Hour Shifts
Minimum Availability: 36 Hours Per Week
Call Available but Not Required for Locum Providers
Patient Population / Volume
Pediatric Patients: Approximately 10%
Adult and Geriatric Patients: Approximately 90%
Approximately 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient
Approximately 35 Operating Room Cases Per Day
Approximately 20 Offsite Cases Per Day
Level III Trauma Center
Clinical Responsibilities
Administer Anesthesia for Adult and Pediatric Surgical Procedures
General Surgery
Orthopedic Surgery
Neurological Surgery
Plastic Surgery
Pediatric Cases
OB Cases
Vascular Surgery
Thoracic Surgery
Hand Surgery
Podiatry
Urology
Endoscopy
Interventional Radiology
Cath Lab / Electrophysiology / TEE
MRI
Perform Arterial Line Placement
No Open Heart Cases
No Blocks or Regional Anesthesia Required
Maintain Complete Anesthesia Documentation in Epic
Follow Hospital Policies, Procedural Protocols, and Safety Standards
Clinical Environment / Support
Hospital-Based Practice
Level III Trauma Center
Team-Oriented Work Environment

Requirements
NBCRNA Certification - Required
Active Michigan License - Required at Submission
ACLS Through AHA - Required
BLS Through AHA - Required
PALS - Required
Minimum 2 Years of CRNA Experience - Required
Must Be Available for a Minimum of 36 Hours Per Week
Clean Background - Required
Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90-120 Days
