What You ll DoAdminister anesthesia for a variety of general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
Manage cases across specialties including general, ortho, neuro, plastics, OB, vascular, thoracic, urology, and more
Accurately document all procedures and anesthesia records using Epic EMR
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
Collaborate with the healthcare team within a Level III Trauma Center setting
Provide anesthesia care for approximately 35 cases daily, plus 20 off-site cases
Support outpatient and inpatient procedures, with minimal regional or open-heart cases
Operate within a patient-focused, team-driven environment focused on quality and safety
What You Need
Required:
Valid CRNA license in Michigan
Prior experience with diverse anesthesia cases
Strong documentation skills using EMR systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital-based, trauma center setting
Comfort managing both pediatric and adult patient populations
