50k Sign On and New Grad Stipend W2 or 1099 Vibrant City 2 Hours from Minneapolis and 30 Minutes from La Crosse

PROFESSIONAL SATISFACTION
- Work no more than 3 days a week on campus
- Independent model
- Strong base salary
- Option to take extra shifts at 1400/shift

- Block schedule available for predictable time off
- Easy Call + Post-Call Day Off Always
- Minimal Callbacks - primarily limited to C-sections (just a couple in the last 6 months)
- Tiered Release Model - finish your cases and head home while still getting paid
- W2 or 1099 Options available
