Roanoke Valley Center for Sight is seeking dedicated and motivated CRNAs to join our growing surgical team. We offer an independent practice model in a fast-paced, supportive ambulatory surgery center environment where your expertise is valued, and your work makes a direct impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Administer safe and effective anesthesia independently
Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop appropriate anesthetic plans
Monitor patients throughout the intraoperative and post-operative periods
Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
Safely operate and maintain anesthesia equipment
Collaborate effectively with surgeons and the surgical team
Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
