nJob Title: Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

nJob Type: Full-Time

nSalary: $93,000 - $120,000

nCredentialing process will be completed prior to start date.

nAdagio Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization operating across seven clinical sites in northwest and southwest Pennsylvania. Our Erie clinic is the second-highest in volume across our network-a high-impact environment where clinical expertise meets meaningful, mission-driven work.

nWe are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic site. Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds in women's health, family planning, or reproductive health are highly encouraged to apply. New graduates with relevant clinical training will also be considered.

n nA DAY IN THE LIFE

nnnProvide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations.

n

nnConduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans utilizing UpToDate and other clinical resources.

n

nnPrescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within your full scope of practice.

n

nnPerform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.

n

nnEducate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

n

nnParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking to support our mission of accessible healthcare.

n nnQUALIFICATIONS

nnnActive CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).

n

nnMaster's (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree (required).

n

nnCertification in a relevant specialty area, such as FNP or WHNP (required).

n

nnMinimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply.

n

nnStrong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.

n

nnCommitment to patient-centered, equitable care.

n

nnAbility to travel locally as needed for coverage or training.

While women's health remains a primary focus, the organization also offers reproductive health, cancer screenings, and preventive health services for others in need of care in a welcoming, confidential setting. Adagio Health operates eight medical offices in western Pennsylvania, providing clinical services and addressing broader health needs such as food insecurity, behavioral health, and care navigation. The organization also manages the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program in five counties, promotes tobacco and vaping prevention, oversees breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment programs statewide, and delivers a range of clinical and education programs that support nutrition and overall well-being in local communities.
