Job description
IMT Gulfstream in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a hands-on Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) to maintain 456 units. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, perform turns, and support both residents and the team.
EPA Type II or Universal certification is required. A valid driver’s license and ability to work rotating on-call shifts are essential. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses and strong benefit options are offered.
