Certified Respiratory Therapist, Long Term Acute Care Experience: 2 years Licenses: RT-OH Certifications: CRT-NBRC OR Registered Respiratory Therapist, Long Term Acute Care Experience: 2 years Licenses: RT-OH Certifications: RRT-NBRC SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history ACLS and BLS by start date
