* Required
* Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Experience:
* N/A
Certification/Licensure:
* Required
* Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Texas
* Certified Respiratory Therapist license
* Basic Life Support certification
* Required within thirty (30) days of start date
