Certified School Registered Nurse (RN)

nLocation: Menifee, CA
nThe Certified School Nurse (CSN) identifies and treats health conditions among students in the school setting. The CSN provides instruction for the student's general wellbeing and disease prevention. The Certified School Nurse must assess the student's physical condition in the school setting and refer the student to appropriate resources as needed to be successful in school.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent nursing license for the state in which the nursepractices
n
nnCertification or Credential in school nursing, required
n
nnOne year prior school nursing experience required
n
nnPediatric experience, preferred
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
