We understand the great demand for veterans in this industry. We have deep roots in each of our markets and our employees are an extension of our core values every day.We are offering a $1500 - $5000 sign on bonus, dependent on experience and certification level!BenefitsHigh volume shop – plenty of scheduling perksIncreased flat rate pay for technicians holding a G2 certificationBonus incentives for achieving over 120% efficiencyCompetitive salary and benefits packageComplimentary lunch provided every SaturdayRegular team-building outings and eventsPaid vacation time to support work-life balanceComprehensive medical insurance coverageDental and vision insurance plans401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionsResponsibilitiesEfficiently perform the work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership standards and procedures.Conduct test drives and evaluate vehicle components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.Maintain clear and direct communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing accurate time estimates for such repairs.Carry out warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications and quality guidelines to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.QualificationsFindlay Kia of Las Vegas is seeking experienced Certified Service Technicians to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in automotive service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care within a dealership environment.Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Kia and Hyundai vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.Collaborate effectively with team members to provide timely and efficient service to customers.Utilize dealership management systems such as CDK and AutoLive to document work and communicate with service advisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.Pursuit of or possession of relevant automotive certifications and prior experience working at an automotive dealership.Preference given to candidates with specific experience working on Kia and/or Hyundai vehicles.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.Must provide own tools necessary for service technician duties.Valid in-state driver’s license and current automobile insurance coverage.Clean driving record with no violations that would affect insurability.Experience with CDK and AutoLive dealership software systems is considered an advantage.About the CompanyFindlay Kia of Las Vegas is committed to providing exceptional automotive services in a customer-focused environment.
