RC Management is hiring experienced Certified Shift Managers and Department Managers to lead restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you run the show during your shifts, guide the crew, keep the energy high, and ensure every customer gets a fast, friendly, and accurate McGolden experience!
Certified Swing Manager responsibilities include food safety, crew training, scheduling, inventory and labor management, daily cleanliness, and leading with energy and purpose.
