Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Surgical First Assist to join our operating room team. The role involves aiding the surgical team in preoperative and intraoperative patient care, including tissue handling, exposure, hemostasis, and suturing, with potential to precept or mentor colleagues.
Qualified candidates hold CFA or SA-C certification, must obtain Tennessee state registry within 90 days, and typically have at least 3 years of surgical scrub/first assist experience.
