Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Surgical Technician, Certified to support the operating room team under direct RN supervision. Responsibilities include preparing the operative field, handling instruments, sponges, and specimens, and maintaining sterile technique.
You will assist with room turnover, instrument reprocessing, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality. This position requires 8-hour shifts, with 3–5 shifts per week, and occasional overtime.
