Job description
Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical team in delivering safe, high-quality care in El Paso, TX. In this full-time role, you will prepare the operating room, organize instruments and supplies, maintain strict sterile technique, and anticipate the needs of surgeons throughout a variety of procedures. You will perform accurate counts, assist with patient positioning and draping, and handle specimens according to policy. Working in our supportive, compassionate environment, you’ll collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia, and physicians, with opportunities for professional growth in a busy, full-service hospital.
