Certified Welder/FitterLocation: Montgomery, ALJob Type: Full-timePay Range: $16-$22 per hourJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Certified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various welding techniques and materials, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-CoreRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbolsSet up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and toolsInspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specificationsRepair and fabricate metal components as requiredFollow all safety procedures and OSHA regulationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlinesRequired Qualifications:Valid Welding Certification (AWS or equivalent)Proven welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingAbility to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminumStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positionsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications:Multiple welding certificationsExperience with structural, pipe, or fabrication weldingFamiliarity with shop tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and torchesForklift or crane certificationBenefits: We offer a competitive compensation package along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.How to Apply: If you are a reliable and motivated individual, we would love to hear from you.
