Job description
The Washington, DC office of Clifford Chance is seeking an associate to join its Trade/Sanctions group with a focus on CFIUS matters. The candidate will advise clients on CFIUS filings and coordinate with cross-border teams on regulatory issues.
Required qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school and active DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in. Substantial CFIUS experience and strong drafting skills are essential for this fast-paced practice.
