Job description
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a high‑level Finance leader to build and run the in‑house accounting function for a multi‑entity cannabis operator. The CFO will design the organization, establish controls, and own reporting cadence, tax strategy, and intercompany architecture to support audits and future capital events.
The role requires extensive experience in consolidated financial reporting, 280E exposure management, and working with legal to maintain compliant financing and equity structures
