Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in Southern Oregon to identify their next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible executive leadership role within a growing multi-site healthcare organization serving communities across the region. The organization has multiple locations throughout southern Oregon and continues to expand its impact while strengthening financial strategy, operational accountability, and long-term sustainability. Position Overview
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and operational leaders to provide financial oversight, strategic forecasting, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring both strong healthcare finance expertise and the leadership presence needed to influence decisions, communicate clearly, and lead through change in a collaborative and mission-focused environment.

Culture & Leadership
The organization values leaders who are mission-driven, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable balancing strategy with accountability. They are seeking someone who values meaningful work and community impact just as much as financial performance. Someone motivated by both the professional opportunity and the “heart paycheck” that comes from serving a purpose-driven organization.
If you’re a healthcare finance leader looking for an opportunity to truly influence organizational direction while making a meaningful impact in the community, we would love to connect. Reach out to Jennie Joiner to find out more or apply online today!
