Job description
Join a well-established and growing construction services organization with projects across multiple states. With a strong reputation for safety, operational excellence, the company manages complex field operations, large-scale capital projects, and diverse revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the company's overall financial strategy and planning
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Drive financial reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis
Manage banking, lending, bonding, and insurance relationships
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes
Partner with operations leaders to improve project profitability and job costing
Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic business decisions
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
Preferred Background:
CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience
Construction, industrial services, infrastructure, energy, or project-based industry experience
Strong knowledge of job costing, project accounting, and multi-entity financial management
Proven ability to support growth while maintaining financial discipline
