Job description
LeoForce, a rapidly growing plaintiff-law firm, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership. You will own financial operations, accounting infrastructure, reporting, controls, and long-term strategy, reporting to the Managing Partner.
The ideal candidate has C-level experience, a track record in large or sophisticated law firms, and a strong ability to lead a 6–7 person accounting team while modernizing finance systems and processes to scale growth.
