Columbus, OH | Executive Leadership Opportunity
We are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.
Chief Financial Officer | $250-350k + Bonus
We are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions
Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions
Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives
Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities
Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teams
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience
5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role
Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management
Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups
Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred
MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plus
