Expected starting pay rate of $36.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Manage credit card transactions, process receipts, and post payments in NetSuite.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions while maintaining compliance with accounting policies.
Collaborate with the order processing team to ensure accurate and timely order management and invoicing.
Requirements: A degree in accounting or finance, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Have a minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in accounting and sales software, including Oracle, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
Maintain strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and best practices.
Possess experience with tax filings, including U.S. and Canadian sales tax reporting and compliance.
Qualifications: Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, across teams.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support financial reporting and data analysis.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and compliance.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism under pressure.
