Job description
Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit invites applications for the Chair of The Michael and Marian Ilitch Department of Surgery. The Chair will provide strategic leadership across WSUSOM and partner institutions, oversee clinical programs, education, and research, and serve as Surgeon-in-Chief at the Detroit Medical Center.
The role requires an MD or MD/PhD with board certification, a strong national reputation, and a record of program development and mentoring.
