Responsibilities
Chair of psychiatry position
Leadership role overseeing mental health services
Direct clinical staff recruitment and supervision responsibilities
Lead quality improvement initiatives in behavioral health
Collaborate with hospital and health system leadership
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Manage departmental budget, expenses, and revenue optimization
Qualifications
Board certification required with 1 - 2 years of leadership experience
