D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking a Problem & Change Governance Lead to oversee Problem Management and Change Enablement within IT Application Support.
You will coordinate the change schedule, guide root-cause analyses, and embed Knowledge-Centered Service to capture and reuse knowledge in daily work. The role requires coordinating CAB meetings, developing change models, and delivering metrics while ensuring governance, risk review, and security standards meet policy and client confidentiality
