Job description
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Change Management Lead to join our client’s team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $65-$75 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of change management experience
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 transformations
Experience delivering in-person training programs
Facilitation of workshops and office hours
Strong executive communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop change management plans for the Microsoft 365 transformation
Create and deliver training and enablement programs
Support user adoption efforts across teams
Coordinate and facilitate workshops and office hours
Support the Business Champion program
Prepare and execute wave readiness and retrospectives
