Job description
Prime Controls is growing and seeks a Change Management Lead to launch and lead our Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS), creating a consistent way to move initiatives from idea to adoption.
As the first dedicated hire in this function, you’ll help build the foundation from the start, bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate teams across the business, and help ensure changes are thoughtfully planned, communicated, implemented, and sustained.
