Job description
Daikin Comfort Technologies North America is seeking an Organizational Change Management Manager to lead the program office’s transformation efforts. Based in Waller, TX, this on-site role drives planning, execution, and adoption of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) initiatives across the organization.
The OCM Manager will partner with stakeholders, design change management plans, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication and adoption.
