Role Overview
We are looking for a Change Management Lead to make the redesigned marketing investment operating model understandable, usable, supported, and measurable across all operating layers — before and after R1 launch. This is a business transformation role, not a communications or PMO administration position. The successful candidate will own readiness criteria, evidence collection, readiness assessment, and the go/no-go recommendation to programme governance.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Stakeholder Readiness
Design and execute an integrated change strategy covering all operating layers impacted by the marketing investment model redesign
Own readiness criteria definition, evidence collection, and formal readiness assessment ahead of R1 launch
Validate that the minimum data ask, front door, language, and workflow are understandable in real operating conditions — including partner-facing populations
Communications & Enablement
Design and deliver communications aligned to the canonical Plan → PO → outcome model; ensure no legacy documentation contradicts the target state at launch
Coordinate training and enablement across internal and external user groups; prepare users for state transitions, evidence requirements, and KPI definitions
Equip teams with clear escalation paths for incomplete, delayed, or contested data so ambiguity does not stall the operating process
Adoption Tracking & Governance
Track and report adoption metrics post-launch; escalation risks and issues to programme governance with evidence-based recommendations
Prepare reporting consumers for certified measures and clarify scope and limitations of the external PMEI feed
Surface unresolved decisions explicitly rather than absorbing ambiguity into communications or training materials
Decision Rights
In scope — own without escalation: readiness criteria, evidence collection framework, readiness assessment, go/no-go recommendation, change-impact assessment, and intervention design
Out of scope — requires escalation: business policy, product scope, security policy, funding rules, and technical architecture
What Good Looks Like in This Role
Runs pre-launch validation with representative users — not only internal teams — and feeds findings back into design before R1
Aligns all role guidance, process maps, training content, and communications to the canonical model; eliminates contradictory legacy documentation before go-live
Moves comfortably between executive steering-committee presentations and frontline SOP-level workflow review in the same programme week
Builds readiness assessments on observable evidence, not perception; issues a formal recommendation with documented rationale
Names open decisions in stakeholder communications rather than glossing over them; tracks resolution to closure
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
Experience owning change on an operating-model redesign or business transformation programme.
Owned a go/no-go readiness recommendation for a major release or deployment wave
Multi-region or multi-market deployment experience where local operating variance required adaptation of the change approach
Stakeholder management across partner- and agency-facing populations, not only internal staff
Fluency with adoption measurement: KPI definition, evidence frameworks, adoption tracking and reporting
Preferred
Background in marketing operations, marketing investment management, media planning, or spend-governance domains (PO workflow, procurement-to-pay, planning-to-actuals)
Experience on programmes with a data-certification, reporting-migration, or finance-adjacent process component
Prosci / ADKAR or CCMP certification; prior consulting or professional-services background with in-house deployment accountability
