Job Summary
Results-driven Change Manager with strong experience in business operations, organizational change, project governance, and executive stakeholder management within complex enterprise environments.
Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive change and project plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring accountability across key initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities with a proven focus on improving operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to manage sensitive business information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives and senior leadership to support strategic organizational priorities, business operations, and change initiatives.
Lead change management activities across complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including governance meetings, decision logs, action items, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
Develop comprehensive change and project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, stakeholders, communications, risks, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and accountability.
Analyze business processes, operational performance, and organizational requirements to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage competing priorities and dependencies while ensuring critical initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Business Operations and management in complex organization supporting executives.
Strong analytical, business management and organizational skills
Attention to details and ability to handle sensitive business information
Strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency across the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
Extremely organized and excellent time management skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities in ensuring all accountable parties understand
Respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountable
Successful execution of projects working with multiple stakeholders
