Job description
Lee Health seeks a compassionate Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, and staff across our Southwest Florida hospitals and outpatient settings. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will offer assessments, prayer, counseling, crisis intervention, and grief support for people of all faiths and beliefs. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical teams, respond to urgent and end-of-life needs, lead or coordinate worship and rituals, and document care in the medical record while supporting a culture of compassion, safety, and community well-being.
