Job description
Paris Regional Health seeks a Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership on our acute-care units. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee unit workflow, and support a team of nurses and support staff in delivering safe, high-quality care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication oversight, and rapid response to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, promote a patient-centered culture, support staff development, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives within our community-focused hospital.
