Job description
The Wellstar Health Systems RN Charge Nurse leads the unit on a day shift in an acute care cardiac telemetry setting. You direct daily activities, assign patients, and ensure safe, high-quality care under nurse managers and governance models.
You collaborate across disciplines, oversee staffing and bed flow, participate in rounds with physicians, and mentor team members while upholding professional standards and evidence-based practice.
