Job description
Kindred Hospital Paramount and Acute Rehabilitation Unit is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead a designated group of nursing staff on a unit, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. The role supports the interdisciplinary team and coordinates with physicians to optimize resident outcomes.
You will supervise RNs, LPN/LVNs, and aides, participate in hiring and performance appraisals, and oversee admissions, transfers and discharges.
