Job description
UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Clinical Care Annex on nights to lead bedside teams and coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care. In this on-site role, you will oversee night-shift operations, including staffing, patient flow, and clinical decision-making in a fast-paced acute care environment. You’ll serve as a clinical resource, mentor staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
