Job description
As a Charge Nurse, Emergency Services at Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, you’ll coordinate and lead nursing care for a fast-paced emergency department. You will oversee triage, patient flow, and staffing while serving as a clinical resource for high-acuity and complex cases. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure safe, evidence-based care, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. You’ll mentor ED nurses, support ongoing education, and champion quality, patient experience, and mission-driven, compassionate care for the community.
