Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
We're looking for a Charge RN to join the 16-bed Intensive Care Unit at Northwest Hospital . This is an opportunity for a strong clinical nurse and leader who enjoys supporting colleagues, coordinating patient care, and helping create a safe, efficient environment for patients and families.
In this leadership role, you will:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based critical care
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
Coordinate patient care, assignments, and unit priorities
Help assess changing patient conditions and facilitate timely interventions
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Advocate for patients and their families
Support, mentor, and guide fellow nurses and patient-care team members
Promote safe, standardized, and compassionate patient care
What we're looking for:
2-3 years of nursing experience
ICU/critical-care experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment
A positive, collaborative approach to patient care
Pay Range: $40.12 to $62.19 Based On Experience
