Job description
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX is seeking an RN Clinical Team Leader to provide direct patient care as the charge nurse and to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. This role leads department staff on the designated shift, plans unit staffing based on patient acuity, and assures high-quality care.
Requirements include BSN, Texas RN license or compact, charge nurse training, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, with an advanced specialty cert (CCRN, CEN, RNC)
